The beginning

In the beginning their was one... and then their was ????

We will see how it ends up, as with all things new it requires attention to flourish and achieve adult hood...or at the least adolescence which is about any of us can strive for as we all take so much from the sweaty 45 minutes of each session.

    hey spikey bikey, i'll invite the others to join the blog, this could end up taking over my working day though as at the mo cant get outside to teach. Should have been teaching football this week, but all schools are shut!!
