Good classes last night - as the Time Keeper says, good effort not sitting on that bike for the entire class ;-) It's a painful thought.

So do we get the tights tonight Mr JD ? They certainly helped steam up the mirrors ;-)

Tuesday night Spin........

well what can i say, first things first....what happened to spikey bikey!! Many of us braved the snow and bad conditions only to find he wasnt there!
And secondly what is with the whistling man.......who is going to say something to him?

Not sure about the spinning "queens" thing but top work nevetheless.

Am looking forward to plenty of spin related mirth!
